Los Naranjos de Marbella is a prestigious luxury resort is built in a typical Andalusian village style, no higher than 3 floors apartment units and townhouses surrounded by lovely tropical gardens ornamented with small squares and fountains thus ensuring privacy and wonderful views. The villa is situated in the heart of the golf valley, between the sea and the mountains, among the orange trees and palm trees. About the villa
The property is a professionally interior designed 3 bed room, 3 level villa with private roof top balcony that sleeps 6 comfortably. Furnished to a very high standard with with marble floors and furnishings representing a number of cultural influences including; the Far East, India and Africa.
It consists of a very spacious living/dining room opening onto an enclosed private terrace, fully fitted luxury kitchen including Bosch electrical appliances, a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms with separate bathroom. The villa has thermostatically controlled air conditioning and central heating throughout and a private garden patio for outside dining. On site facilities include tennis courts and a social club with weekly membership available at a small cost. There is a resident outdoor swimming pool and restaurant.
There are large manicured gardens which creates an ideal family holiday location. The properties are no higher than 3 floors in a low density layout, ensuring that privacy is maintained. The many attractions of the port are close by yet Los Naranjos de Marbella has peace and tranquility for relaxation.
The centre of Puerto Banus and its selection of shopping ,beach, entertainment, marina, bars and nightlife are all just 5-10 minutes away and a short drive from Marbella and the many local attractions. Distance from Malaga airport (N340) is just 35 minutes.
